Developing your customised course

Our teaching faculty are involved in your learning experience from the beginning of your short course journey with us.
 

Step 1

We will discuss your business needs with you and review your employee capabilities to form learning objectives. Should you require a more formal assessment, we can incorporate our training needs assessment methodology. It is also important at this stage to understand the most suitable learning style for your employees.

Step 2

The teaching faculty will build your course structure and content to develop a course that aligns with your requirements. We will then make recommendations for the time frame and pedagogy (including case studies and field trips) based on our experience.

Step 3

Once we have agreed the course and location we will prepare and send any pre-course materials to you in advance of the course delivery. We will also run a pre-course briefing with you prior to the start of the course.
